As the founders of StormYachts, we have an unusual story to tell in the modern yachting industry. When establishing our new yard in 2010, we set out to carve a new segment for 15 to 25-metre motorboats with the same quality level as the finest superyachts. Our target group was owners who appreciate enduring value in terms of the timeless physical qualities of their motoryachts and the emotional at

tachment they feel every time they step on board. The number of these all-aluminium motorboats would be strictly limited in order to maintain the purity of the StormYachts brand, with a focus on clients who profoundly support their philosophy. Embarking on this enterprise from a financially independent position allowed us the total freedom to go off the beaten path. We’re in this to bring to reality our vision of what true craftsmanship and innovation looks like in this length. And that means partnering with owners with the identical mindset. By leveraging on our experience on the water, StormYachts create enduring value. Everyone at StormYachts understands that comfort involves far more than the choice of materials. Choosing a new boat from the hundreds of craft on sale can be a bewildering process. For this reason, the prestigious Motorboat & Yachting monthly try to make that task easier by refining the market into nine categories and picking one winner from a shortlist of finalists.

We are pleased to inform you that our Storm X-65 is selected as a finalist in the "Passagemaker" shortlist!

The crowning of the winners will take place at the Motor Boat of the Year Awards ceremony on January
