Unconventional innovators who drive the innovation landscape: they are the people we worked with over the past 5 years
With our incubation support, we gave start-ups, consultancies, ngo’s and (small) entreprises the boost they needed to transforming their ideas into sustainable solutions.

We reflect on what worked well and not so well and give an overview of the results of our 5 year-programme. Our lessons learned can be your starting point!

Susamati is the spin off of a VIA Water innovation that focused on the use of Black Soldier Flies to reduce the sludge volume in latrine pits. In the sideline of the pilot, an affordable and very attractive toilet was developed, which is now produced by the enterprise Susamati.

Aqua for All, of which VIA Water is part, has a new 5-year programme: ‘Making Water Count’. This programme aims to facilitate and finance access to clean water, good sanitation & hygiene for all.
