Kunstenaars van culturele broedplaats De Besturing in de Haagse Binckhorst hebben het gebouw waar ze al tien jaar in zitten gekocht van de gemeente. Het is de eerste culturele broedplaats die in eigendom komt van de gebruikers zelf.
