Van Zutphen Woodworks A one man show operated by an Aussie living in Blokzijl. Specialising in furniture making, up-cycling, restoration projects and high quality varnishing.

If you would like to hire my services it's as simple as this:
1) First contact me via email, phone or even just post on my wall.
2) Then we will set up a meeting. If convenient, I will come to your house and you can show me more precisely what you would like. Cost of first meeting will be:
- Before 17.00 - Coffee or tea preferably served with some biscuits or cake ;)
- After 17.00 - An ice cold

beer!
3) I will get back to you with a quotation as soon as possible, and we'll discuss the steps forward from there. Cheers,

A hallway for everyone! Floor to ceiling cabinets to provide plenty of storage space for jackets and shoes, a full length mirror to catch a glimpse on your way out, a seat to get those shoes on when your back is playing up and even a place for the cats to do their business. If you have specific wishes or needs I can work with you to make a design that makes the best use of the space you have. 🔨

Here are some photo's of one of the more recent projects that I completed. The space is going to be used as a children's play room therefore we tried to make the best use of the space for both play area and storage. On the left hand side of the room I made three floor to ceiling cabinets and some floating shelves. To utilise the space under the sloping roof on the right side of the room, we chose to install some sliding doors and a make a bookshelf creating a neat wall with a huge amount of storage space behind it. The customers themselves painted and decorated the area beautifully. Another project that I was very happy to be a part of 😀
