Mobile Photography Tips: Use Touch To Focus.
Sometimes you take a shot in good lighting and subjects come out underexposed (dark).
The reason is that you didn't help the camera to know the object of your Photography.
Always use the touch to focus to help your camera adjust to the lighting available. Touching and focussing on subjects usually makes it brighter.

Mobile Photography Tips: Proper use of light.
Some persons usually pull out their smartphones and shoot at that very point they are standing not withstanding the position of the light source.
However if you must take good useable photos, you must learn not to face your smartphone camera directly at the source of light and this will make the subject and background darker than usual. So except you know exactly what you are doing (probably wanna shoot the sun or get a flare in ur photograph) your subject must face the light source while you the photographer must back the light source.
