“Leadership in Islam is rooted in belief and willing submission to the Creator, Allah. Good leaders are good followers, humble, piety, truthful, simple and they realise that success only comes from Allah, the Almighty. There is a system of leadership in Islam so the leaders are to be obeyed, and they call to the truth.
Biblical leadership is (1) serving others (2) from a place of selflessness and sacrifice (3) that points to God. Biblical leadership is about (1) serving others. Leadership is not about position, privilege, or power.
Jesus really emphasized the importance of being discerning with regard to others, without seeking to control them. He cared about the freedom of his followers to choose. Even he, in those moments that mattered so much, had to choose voluntarily to go through Gethsemane and to hang on the cross at Calvary.
Nothing can be compare to the words of almighty creator because he knows the beginning and the end. Popularity sometimes doesn't matter when it comes to choosing a competent leader. The willingness, eagerness, and readiness of Peter Obi can be observe critically and clearly we can be rest assure that he's ready to bend to the opinion of the masses. Nigeria should be at the same level with Many European countries because non of those European countries are rich in natural resources as Nigeria, but leadership is not about aspiring as desire rather willpower to fight for the right of poor masses. Too many old GANGS are ready to wake up in hell sleeping on power seat, while young competent are ready to bell the cat.
All we have to know is that the power of the Nation lies in the hands of it's citizens and if the history of any human society is being control by external they're lost sheep. We need to embrace a leader that supports blacks, buy blacks, wear blacks, eats blacks and talk blacks not those that seek help from their enemies. The power is in the people not person, change your thought and see how you will change your environment. Wise up Nigeria PETER OBI is the man for the job if you want to feel African.
