Day in the life? Na less “boss chair,” more “I dey move chair.” ☕️🚚📏
5:45 AM: Prayer, no espresso lLent is still on, while NEPA takes light—small gen hum in the background.
7:30 AM: Gym must keep fit
9:30 AM: Lekki showroom to warehouse Banana Island, traffic decides my meeting time. Walk-through: new dining set land with small chip. We fix, we no dey hide am.
11:30 AM: Showroom floor, Lekki couple dey debate 3-seater vs L-shape sectional. I sketch their sitting room for back of delivery paper—scale no be joke for Lagos apartments.
1:30 PM: Amala at my desk (no judgment), supplier dey yarn about lead times from Apapa port. “Fast” and “good” no always waka together.
3:30 PM: Dispatch review with riders. One sofa no go enter that Ikate stairwell—plan B become plan A, we reroute.
6:00 PM: Rain wan fall, we secure the last drop-off for Ajah before traffic thick.
7:30 PM: Customer wey return table six months ago come back for bed. Trust dey compound.
9:00 PM: Lights down, I waka the floor again. Empty showroom, full head.
