Greetings to all our esteemed customers, the Jetaganians, this is a special message from our CEO Mr Etim Alfred.
Dear esteemed customer I want to publicly express my apologies for any inconvenience you might have faced with us. I want to personally assure you that Jetaga is not closing its doors ever. Yes we accept our challenges and regret any inconvenience we might of course to anyone out there.
Jetaga was founded with one simple vision to help consumers by cut retailers margins and shop directly from wholesalers at wholesale prices and thus we have made this vision a reality having ship more than 500 orders in more than 10 states across the nation we grow rapidly from 2017-2020 the struggle to maintain our reputation started with the challenges of Covid-19 where we had so many orders but could only deliver few base on the movements restrictions across the country however we kept on struggling to see that we still keep delivering happiness to our customers but we fail during this period and we are now left with some orders unfulfilled and refunds to be made back to some customers this made us to temporary stop taking new order since 2020.
I want to promise anyone that is having a pending claims of refund or orders that we have not close our doors yet, yes we have stop taking orders long ago and now we are only working so hard to settle all claims so we can reopen for new order and continue helping consumers access low prices and fast delivery from over 20,000 products in more than 100 categories.
Our Site is temporarily short down so we won’t take any more orders, however we are going to post an email and contact details where any claim can be resubmitted for processing.
