1. Paid booking cancellations on or before 20h00 you get your full refund, or rebate voucher to use another day.

2. Paid booking cancellations after 20h00 but before 21h00, you get 50% refund, no rebate.

3. Paid booking cancellations after 21h00, no refund and no rebate at both Oshana Guest House and Traveler Nest Guest house.

Check in is anytime from 06h00 if there are available rooms for check out the next day at 11h00, but if a guest check in anytime between 00h00 and 05h59, he or she will check out at 11h00 the same day
