1️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Organize workflow to meet client specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production and resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
• Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
2️⃣ 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of staff.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Assisting with deliveries where required.
3️⃣ 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 / 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫
• Receiving and checking goods for damaged or missing items.
• Cataloging items on the company's system.
• Conduct regular bi-weekly inventory.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse & its surroundings.
• Assists in unloading shipments to the store, factory, or warehouse.
• Uses forklifts to transport bulk shipments or heavy items around the stockroom or warehouse.
• Assists managers and associates in preventing theft and maintaining proper inventory.
• Packs up defective items or overstock and arranges for the return to suppliers.
4️⃣ 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫
• Cataloging items on the company's system.
• Find ways to improve furniture items already manufactured
• Stay informed about design trends and developments
• Discuss designs with clients for custom ordering or with manufacturers
• Generate sample designs using computer-aided design (CAD).
• Liaise with craftsmen or production department staff (such as production managers, marketing staff and design engineers) about the process of manufacturing.
• Evaluate issues such as pricing and fixing costs, fashion, purchasing, safety, materials and manufacturing methods and techniques
• Lead fellow designers to continuously improve the company's product.
• Attend occasional workshops, seminars and training on various types of manufacturing and furniture design.
- Working hour: 8.30am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
- Area: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Minyak（Penang Science Park）
- Salary : RM2000- RM3000
