请注意，根据马来西亚政府最新修订的《地方政府法令 1976》 （第171号法令），乱丢垃圾可能会导致高达 RM10,000 的罚款，或被判处社区服务，甚至可能面临法院审理。

为了避免不必要的法律责任和不良记录，请您自觉遵守公共卫生规定，妥善处理不需要的物品。

请您自觉来取回您丢弃的物品，否则我们将上报到Tampin市议会！

Please be reminded that our shopfront is neither a garbage disposal site nor a second-hand market. Do not discard any unwanted items here. We welcome you with smiles and shopping lists, not discarded belongings.

Please note that under the recent amended Local Government Act 1976 (Act 171), littering may result in fines up to RM10,000, community service orders, or even court proceedings.

To avoid unnecessary legal liabilities and negative records, please adhere to public health regulations and dispose of unwanted items properly.

If you have previously discarded items here, please retrieve them promptly. Failure to do so, we will report to the Majlis Daerah Tampin!

🚨 各位商家请注意：警惕冒充电信公司的诈骗电话！

最近有诈骗分子假冒电信公司，专门针对本地小商家行骗。

今天我就接到一个电话，对方声称我有一笔未缴清的账单，必须在下午5点前缴清，否则就会中断服务。语气非常紧急，也很逼真——但这其实是骗局！

✅ 请记住：真正的电信公司、银行或政府单位，绝不会用私人号码打电话，更不会要求你立即付款。

如果你接到类似的电话：
- 保持冷静，立刻挂断，并拨打官方客服号码确认。

- 不要在电话中透露任何个人或商家资料。

- 向相关单位举报，并提醒身边的商家朋友。

🚨 Attention Business Owners: Watch Out for Scam Calls!

Scammers are now targeting small businesses by pretending to be from telco companies.

Today I got a call claiming I had an outstanding bill and was told to pay it before 5 p.m. or risk having my service cut off. It sounded urgent and convincing—but it was a scam.

✅ Reminder: Legitimate telco providers, banks, or government agencies will never call you from a private number or demand immediate payment without proper verification.

If you get a call like this:
- Don’t panic. Hang up and call the official customer service number.

- Never give out personal or business info over the phone.

- Report suspicious calls to your provider and warn others.
