在多数工厂仍沿用“以时间换产能”的传统模式下，宏升控股集团有限公司（Honsenz Holding Group Sdn. Bhd.） 宣布即日起试行每周“四天工作制”，并计划于 2026 年全面落实，成为马来西亚首家推行该制度的制造业企业，同时也是东南亚首批公开实行“四天工作制”的制造企业之一。
