-Ensuring vehicles are mechanically sound and legally roadworthy

-Performing basic repairs and maintenance in the event of accident or breakdown while in transit

-Safely securing heavy loads and large goods for transport

-Organising the most efficient route from pickup point to drop off point

-Keeping informed of road closures, accidents and traffic diversions

-Organising multiple drop-offs and deliveries in each working day

-Supervising and assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries into the lorry

-Complying with all MOT and in-house regulations and rules

-GDL license

Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in.

-Ensuring that quality control standards are met.

-Maintaining a production schedule.
Testing products for their functionality.

-Troubleshooting and stress testing products to minimize problems or recalls.

-Reporting and detailing product malfunctions.

-Adhering to assembly safety standards.
