Our Story
Our Co founder & Design director Ng Teck Yew, He is an industry veteran with almost 20 years of experience, starting out in traditional Digital to ATL mediums and then back to New Digital Era. He has occupied various senior roles including Company Creative Director, and crafted award-winning campaigns in multinational agencies such as McCann Erickson, Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid, and Wieden Kennedy in Shanghai. In his personal capacity as an artist and entrepreneur, he enjoys handcraft product and he is taking his passion further to Furniture & Interior landscape. (that his cats approve).
Now he started Mcdangdang as a multidisciplinary firm, atypical and completely original. Under one name it groups together different departments that deal with Interior & furniture design, installation, and brand identity. We are one of the fast-growing creative firms in the region. Our creative practice is defined by two ideologies: logical and experimental. Just like puzzles, in the form of exploration. The design solution aims to craft a different perspective from simplicity, to improve one’s personal style with design statements, yet functional. Turning design into a part of one’s lifestyle with an artistic outlook.
