Just simply book a slot at your preferred Ping-U Point via our Ping-U mobile app or website before you make your online purchase. Provide the generated RECIPIENT NAME and PING-U POINT ADDRESS to the online seller as your name and shipping address. Once your parcel arrives at the selected Ping-U Point, you will be notified and you can collect your parcel anytime within 10 days after its arrival!
