‘𝗜’𝗺 𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗺?!’, by artist Red Hong Yi at Cultprint is a thoughtful reflection on early motherhood, held in its quieter, more honest forms.

Appreciated this especially in conjunction with Mother’s Day, a gentle reminder of the rhythms of care we often overlook.

‘Over time, the things we use and collect become part of the space.’

SC01 is designed with that in mind. With a combination of drawers, concealed compartments, and open shelving, it allows for both storage and display, giving everyday items and personal pieces a place within the home.

Framed in warm brown on Ash and finished with tightly woven Indonesian radio-wave cane panels, it introduces a softer texture while keeping its presence light and composed.

The result is a sideboard that supports a space that feels calm, considered, and lived-in. Whether placed in a dining area, living room, or bedroom, SC01 adapts across uses while maintaining a quiet visual balance.

𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 65 · 𝘼 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙫𝙚 (2024)

We’ve always been drawn to corners that feel lived in, not just styled.

This one was imagined as a quiet sanctuary. An 8ft tall cabinet forms a soft boundary between the foyer and living space, creating separation without ever feeling closed off. The setting shifts easily throughout the day, a mix of chairs and a bench that moves between coffee conversations and slower, more personal moments.

With three cats in the home, durability became part of the brief. The SF01 Calm Sofa in Moss Grey, upholstered in a looped bouclé fabric, sits softly within the space, balanced with enough resilience to handle everyday life. Paw-friendly, yet still calm in presence.

The ST01 side table in Smoked Brushed Ash introduces a more pronounced, tactile grain, adding subtle contrast and depth, layering into the space, complementing the softer materials while bringing a grounded visual break to the overall composition.

Somehow, many everyday moments
begin and stay within this space.

𝘼-𝘿𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 · 𝘼 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙫𝙚 (2024)

‘Some spaces are shaped by how people gather.’

Here, a 200cm DT01 dining table anchors the room, a comfortable long rectangular table that opens up easily when friends come over. Its length echoes the linear architecture while keeping the space feeling open and generous.

Lighter wood tones were carried throughout to create a sense of warmth that feels immediate, almost familiar. The dining table follows this same language, crafted in solid American Ash with a Light Natural finish, where its natural grain is more visible and slightly textured to the touch, adding a quiet sense of character while allowing it to age gently with the home.

The owners love to host, so flexibility mattered.
An 180cm B01 bench was paired with the dining table to complement the seating arrangement, allowing a more relaxed and adaptable layout alongside individual chairs. Together, the mix creates a dining setting that shifts easily between everyday meals and larger gatherings, adapting to conversations, moods, and the rhythm of each occasion.

𝙏𝙋-𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 · 𝘼 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙐𝙨𝙚 (2025)

‘Not quite a showroom. Not quite a home.’

Instead of pursuing a fixed sense of perfection, we value spaces that can evolve over time. This shaped our approach towards adaptable layouts and a lived-in quality that feels calm, grounded, and easy to inhabit.

The palette is anchored in a warm golden beige tone, subtle and understated allowing solid wood furniture in natural and warm Ash tones, along with upholstered pieces, to sit comfortably across time and seasons.

The layout is reinterpreted to support both daily living and occasional visits. Subtle zoning is achieved through a standing shelf and sheer curtains, keeping the space open when needed, and gently enclosed when required. Over time, the space has hosted small gatherings and design conversations.

Personal elements are gradually added: collected books, lamps sourced locally and during travels, and a glass shelving unit salvaged from an old weighing scale shop in Penang. A lime wash wall introduces an earthy texture that brings warmth into the bedroom.

More than a showroom, TP-Apartment is an evolving space, shaped by use, time, and the pieces we choose to live with.

Every shot counts, no redo like digital.

Throwback to early Jan — myself turning 30 🙏. Had the opportunity to spend 3 full days on the factory production floor, first attempt shooting on film. Explored different departments and processes, met the people who bring our designs to life, and discovered the energy and unique personalities that make it all happen.

A week ago, we celebrated our 3rd anniversary with through a livable installation, a space that invited warmth, comfort, and conversation. 🌿
