适合家庭成员，独自旅行的冒险家, 或亲朋戚友聚会旅游的一间小住宿。它是落在怡保北区一个休闲的小新村里。距离怡保旅游景点，地道美食都很方便。

是间单层排屋，可以泊两辆车。拥有一个干净又舒适的客厅，还有与家人或朋友的聊天区。设备完整的厨房，还有4人席的餐桌。每间睡房都为您而设的冷气机和吊扇。

我们还提供:
- LCD 电视机，2人座的小沙发，2座藤椅
- 电水壶
- 冰箱
- 微波炉
- 厨房用具
- 吹风机
- 热水器，沐浴露以及洗发水
- 洗衣机

《房屋规则》
** 禁止吸烟
** 不适合宠物
** 不允许举办派对和活动
** 入住时间为15:00
** 请在离开房间或不使用时，关闭空调和灯光，避免电力浪费。
** 欢迎使用器具，但请妥善关心寄宿家庭的设备，特点和设施，因此客人将收取相应的损失。

-16 mins. It is conveniently located close to highway exit (Jalan Kuala Kangsar) & to most tourist spots & food outlet.

- There are double storey house. It comes with 2 car parks.
- Comfortable living room or you can relaxing to sit at chit chat area.
- Nice kitchen together with 4 seats dining table.
- Ceiling fan & air-cond for each 3 bedrooms. We also provided :
- 40" LCD TV, 2 seats Sofa, 2 seat lazy chair
- Kettle in kitchen
- Refrigerator
- Build in oven
- Kitchenware
- Hair dryer, Body & Hair Shampoo, Water Heater
- Washing machine

- *Strictly NO SMOKING. This is a smoke free premise.
- *No Pets
- *No Shoes
- *Check-in 15:00
- *Please turn off the air condition and the light when leaving the room or when not in use , to avoid electricity wastage.
