This is a terrace house project completed from design to full renovation 🏡
❤️ From drawings to final handover, every step was carefully supervised by the Kingshouz team.
The homeowner prefers a minimalist style,
not looking for complex forms, but a space that is timeless, clean, and comfortable for long-term living.
For this reason, we selected the overall color palette as follows —
🤍 Off-white as the main tone to enhance brightness and spaciousness
🪵 Warm wood tones as accents to add warmth and depth to the home
It may look simple,
but this style demands precise proportions, clean lines, and refined detailing.
As the homeowner enjoys collecting wines,
we specially designed a dedicated wine display cabinet,
paired with off-white cabinetry and wood-grain shelves —
functional for storage, yet also a visual highlight of the space.
In addition, we also:
✅ Designed a prayer altar (altar table) that blends harmoniously with the overall interior style
✅ Created hidden wardrobes, concealing storage to keep the space neat and uncluttered
The entire home carries the theme of 🤍 off-white × 🪵 wood tones throughout the living area, dining space, and bedrooms,
balancing minimalism with a sense of everyday living —
making the space comfortable to look at and practical to live in.
