The villa has been decorated and elegantly styled with comfortable furnishings imported from Guadalajara. There are spectacular views of the Caribbean from the house and freshwater pool, rooftop terrace, and balconies. There is also a guest house on the property with a fifth bedroom, bath, small living area and kitchen. Both houses have central air conditioning. The Villa is within walking distance to the beautiful Chankanaab Park and although this location provides privacy for family and friends, it is a short ride to shopping and restaurants in town. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped so you can enjoy meals in your home or consider using a wonderful cook service that is available for hire. Furnishings throughout the house were crafted by artisans in Guadalajara.
