In 1580, Avtai Sain, the king of the Khalkha Mongols, and his younger brother Tumenhen met with the Dalai Lama III. It was on his advice that the foundation for the construction of Erdenezuu Monastery was laid, which involved the restoration of an old temple in Tahai Balgasan and another in .

Photo in the 1930s, Erdenezuu Monastery had grown to include temples called “Three Hundred”temples.

The Steppe WIND International Moto Festival 2023 is just around the corner. The festival is scheduled for June 10, 2023, and the opening event will begin at 1 pm at . Excitingly, this event is open to the public, and no ticket purchase is necessary.

At 4 p.m., all motorcyclists who are officially participating in the festival will embark on a journey from Sukhbaatar Square to the Chinggis Khaanii Khuree camp. The evening entertainment show will commence at 6:00 p.m. at the camp. KHARKHORUM – ART AND MUSIC FESTIVAL is being organized by Steppe Arena for the second time, this year under the name . An international art exhibition curated by the Gallery will be presented during the festival, featuring the works of internationally renowned artists as well as contemporary Mongolian artists.

During the music festival, the participating artists' site-specific installations and visual and sound works will be showcased in the outdoor area of Мөсөн Өргөө - Steppe Arena from 6:00 pm on June 10th until 6:00 am the following morning.

The festival will feature a diverse range of artists, including;
