We’re Hiring: Korean Translator (Project Coordinator) 🇰🇷✨

Are you a bilingual professional looking to bridge the gap between technology and global communication? Blue Stone Solution (BSS) is seeking a dedicated Korean Translator (Project Coordinator) to join our dynamic team in Yangon.

In this role, you will be the vital link between our Korean-speaking Project Managers and our cross-functional ex*****on teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and operational excellence.

📍 Location: Ahlone Township, Yangon (On-site)
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Bilingual Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between Korean stakeholders and internal teams.
▪️Translation: Translate project documentation from Korean to English with high accuracy.
▪️Project Tracking: Monitor business requirements, manage schedules, and ensure timely task completion.
▪️Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports and maintain organized workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

▪️Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK Level 4+) and English (Written/Spoken).
▪️Experience: At least 2 years in a related field (Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome).
▪️Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). IT industry familiarity is a plus!

🔹 Designing, configuring, and supporting ERP Finance Modules.
🔹 Conducting fit/gap analyses and converting requirements into functional specifications.
🔹 Providing expert-level issue resolution and user training.
🔹 Assisting customers with financial data migration and best practices support.

𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
🔹 2–3 years of hands-on working experience in Finance ERP implementation.
🔹 A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
🔹 Experience with finance process optimization (month-end close, financial consolidations, etc.).
🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills—a true team player.
