Sahid Zarafshan Hotel is a 4-star hotel in the center of Bukhara, Uzbekistan. The hotel poses high requirement on not only the cleanliness of air, but also the comfort level of its guests.

The air cooled modular chillers and air handling equipment provided by TICA featuring high control accuracy have greatly raised the occupancy rate and have been well received by customers. The cooperation between TICA and the hotel is a flagship project in Uzbekistan.

2019 TICA Model Projects Summary|

Legend Hotel in Cambodia integrates casino entertainment, office buildings and other facilities. It is comparable to Westport Prince Hotel. The hotel has 21 floors, of which the 1st floor is a casino, the 2nd-8th floors are offices, and the 9th-21st floors are hotel rooms including 430 ordinary rooms and presidential suites.

For the 1st-8th floors, the TICA VRF TIMS-AXA series was adopted. The imported Mitsubishi EVI compressor provides strong power which fully satisfies heating and cooling demands of the hotel. For the 9th-21st floors, TICA purifying air duct unit is adopted to deliver professional purification services.

Conrad Bali is a 5-star luxury hotel which is ideal for all kinds of events from including international conferences and seminars in Bali. Each room has been equipped with cutting-edge equipment and facilities. The resort features 358 guest rooms and suites, inspired dining options, extensive meeting and event space for all occasions, and leisure facilities including Jiwa Spa.

TICA took up the project of Conrad Bali which covers 70000 ㎡ and provided 361 units Fan Coil Unit for each room, and 6 units Air Handling Unit for the public area. This design is good for individual control for different using needs.

TICA Played an Active Role in the Construction of Fire Eye Lab

TICA has played a significant role in the construction of the Fire Eye lab in Wuhan by providing seven sets of digital variable-capacity DX FAPUs to fully meet the requirements for constant temperature and humidity control, quick delivery and simplified installation on site.

Featuring a high construction standard, outstanding sealing performance and negative pressure, the Fire Eye lab was co-built by the Wuhan municipal government, Donghu Hi-tech Zone,CCCC Second Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., Shanghai Nori Laboratory Equipment Co., Ltd. and BGI Group in only five days. The lab covers an area of 2000 m2 and is playing a key role in the battle against the COVID-19 together with the Huo-shen-shan and Lei-shen-shan hospitals.

The lab was built under a tight schedule to meet urgent needs, imposing strict requirements on the design. The core area of Fire Eye covers 1000 m2 and is designed based on BSL-2+standard (Biosafety Level 2). With a negative pressure of at least -10Pa compared with the neighboring area, the core area is equipped with an 100 fresh air system to control the temperature between 18⁰C and 26⁰C and humidity between 30% and 70%.

During the pandemic, TICA has donated professional medical air-conditioning equipments and solutions worth RMB1.8 million to the core clean room zones of the Huo-shen-shan and Lei-shen-shan hospitals in Wuhan and contributed to new and retrofit products of over 290 hospitals nationwide.In addition,TICA has provided professional purifying air-conditioning equipment and solutions for 80 mask manufacturers in China and offered free inspection services on air conditioners and indoor fresh air units to facilitate operation of companies and organizations.
