Darnic-gaz SA www.darnicgaz.md SA "Darnic-gaz" is an active company on the engineering and construction market of the Republic of Moldova.

The company was formed under СПМК-11 (mobile column construction) from the city Straseni. The structure itself was formed since 1985. At that time on the market were only three organizations that were entitled to work in the field of gasification. Fifteen years later the company was eorganized into a closed joint stock company. In 1998 the director of the company was named Stefan Mereacre Filaret.

Since then the company began to grow considerably and soon came to be a leading one on the country market. Now "Darnic-gaz" broadened the range of services offering the customer a totally new product on the market after the "All in one" technology which includes consulting, design, implementation and maintenance of the engineering system required. Currently the company has a fleet that includes 10 well-equipped technical rotor excavators, five specialized trucks, auto crane, welding stations performing polyethilene welding equipment, measurement and control equipment, computers and design, but most important: "Darnic-gaz" has a very qualified personnel with rich experience in the field, as confirmed by numerous works executed and obtained State merits such as "Best Entrepreneur of the Year in construction" by region for the last four years and by country in 2010. Among our regular customers are: “Valexchimp” SRL, “Moldova Gaz” SA, “Glas-Container-Company” SA, “Rotalin Gas Trading” SRL. In addition the company is actively working on guvernamental projects and also with foreign funds financed by the World Bank and EBRD, such as MSIF, UNDP, MoSEFF, IFAD, Orange Foundation, BAS Moldova. Our Partners: Thermostahl (Greece), Valrom (Romania), Tehnoworld (Romania), Agroresurs (Ukraine), Stropuva (Lithuania), Halm (Germany), Alfa Laval (Sweden), Tartarini (Italy), etc.

👨‍🔧 In satul Feștelița, r-nul Stefan Vodă, echipa Term.md și Darnic-Gaz au început lucrările construcției primului PARC FOTOVOLTAIC cu puterea de 300 kW pentru producerea energiei electrice.
