"Eiro Constructions” Ltd. is established in 2011 and we are doing our best in order to meet the requirements of our customers as their interests come first.
“Eiro Constructions” employs highly trained, certified and experienced professionals. Now we are looking forward to business area of steel constructions for offshore industry as “Eiro Constructions” has all necessary resources for the p
roduction of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum constructions. Cutting, processing, assembly, and welding of constructions is done in the closed workshop, its area is more than 1700m², and 40% of which consist of assembly beds. Technological equipment of the workshop allows straightening and bending flat and profile blanks, and process edges for welding. The workshop is equipped with bridge cranes capacity of which is 10t and 12.5t, dimensions of the doorway gate are 5.5mx11m. Constructions are transported by truck of 100mt. capacity. “LINCOL” and “KEMPPI” welding equipment provides high-quality welds being tested by non-destructive tests of color defectoscopy, ultrasonic, or x-rays.
“Eiro Constructions” provides cleaning of metal surfaces by abrasive - shot blasting method and priming and painting in accordance with customer’s requirements.
“Eiro Constructions” workshop is located near dock and we have possibilities to load constructions direct to the ship or barge. If necessary, a floating crane with a capacity of 100 tons might be rent.
