This project is special to us.
Not only because it was delivered in the heart of London, but because of how many people, how much expertise, and how much trust were required to make it possible in the first place.
First and foremost, a huge thank you to our team, who carried this project from the initial idea all the way to completion.
We are also deeply grateful to our partners in London, including , for their professional collaboration, precision, and ability to operate in complex urban environments.
And a special thank you to our Client for their trust, patience, and belief in the solution throughout the entire process.
From a technical perspective, this was one of our most challenging projects.
The module was manufactured in two separate parts, as it was not possible to complete it fully in the factory.
This was followed by a long and high-risk transport route from Latvia to London, and an eight-week permit approval process carried out in close cooperation with local authorities.
Installation took place in a dense urban setting, where the modules had to be lifted over existing infrastructure and utilities using a large-scale crane, at significant height and within extremely limited manoeuvring space.
Placement was executed with centimetre-level precision, followed by the connection of the modules and completion of the interior finishes on site.
It was a technically demanding, nerve-testing, and emotionally intense process.
However, the result is a space that is high-quality, functional, and aesthetically aligned with its surroundings.
This is how we see modular construction —
not as a compromise, but as a high-value, well-considered, and sustainable solution for cities where space is limited and expectations are high.
And yes — this is exactly the kind of project we are truly proud of.
