Our Supply & Installation: Equipment: AirStone Oil Free 4 IN 1 Scroll Air Compressor, Power & Capacity: 5.5KW with a 200L integrated air receiver tank

Running a supply chain in extreme deep-freeze conditions requires more than just standard machinery,it requires purpose-built engineering.

We at Amecro Pvt Limited recently partnered with the CIC Feeds Plant in Badalgama to solve a critical cold-chain challenge. We supplied two highly customized Noelift Full Electric Stackers , designed specifically to handle their freezing conditions while navigating strict spatial constraints.

How we customized these stackers for CIC's exact needs:

❄️ Deep-Freeze Li-ION Power: Engineered to operate flawlessly down to -30°C. Standard batteries die quickly in the cold, but these high-efficiency Li-ION units are designed to maintain peak performance in extreme temperatures.

🚪 Customized Door Clearance: A standard mast wouldn't fit. We modified the robust 3-Stage Mast to a closed height of just 2100 mm, ensuring flawless clearance through the plant's specific thermal doors while still delivering a massive 4500 mm maximum reach.

🛡️ Zero-Slip Safety: Cold rooms mean icy floors. We outfitted the stackers with specialized rubber anti-skid wheels to guarantee maximum traction and operator safety. 🏋️ Heavy-Duty Capacity: A full 2000 Kg rated load capacity to move heavy frozen batches with ease, maximizing their high-cost cold storage density.
