AKAIA Furniture is looking for a talented, creative, and data-driven professional to join our team and help grow our brand online.
Role Overview
We are seeking someone who can manage and scale our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), understands TikTok content, and can use AI tools to create engaging and high-performing campaigns.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while bringing fresh and creative ideas to boost sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create and publish engaging content on TikTok and social media
• Analyze performance, audience behavior, and campaign results
• Generate creative ideas for marketing and sales growth
• Develop consistent and attractive social media posts
• Work closely with the team to increase conversions and engagement
• Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing strategies
• Appear confidently on camera when needed for content
Requirements
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with TikTok & content creation
• Creativity in sales & marketing strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Good communication skills and confidence
• Ability to create and manage social media content consistently
