This sensory room is being built for a school’s special needs department, and even before the last piece goes in, it’s already packed with more than most rooms ever will be. A ball pit, puzzle mat flooring underfoot, bubble tubes with a mirror corner, a bead maze running along the wall, fiber optic tubes glowing next to it, and light-up furniture that shifts through colors on its own. One piece is still missing — a hammock — but everything else is already in and working.

This isn’t decoration. Every element here is chosen for a reason — sensory rooms like this give kids a space that’s calming, stimulating, and built around exactly what they need.

From storage to the building. Now it’s real.

This is the moment everything we’ve been staging finally lands where it belongs — desks, chairs, storage units, whiteboards, bulletin boards, all of it arriving straight from the trucks into the two buildings that’ll actually hold these classrooms. Every piece you see here is about to become part of a finished room.

Honestly, congrats to this building — there’s been a lot happening behind the scenes to get here. Painting, prep, all the work nobody posts about. Furniture is actually one of the last steps. Once everything’s placed, the real transformation starts: turning these components into an actual classroom.

Still keeping the school unnamed, but if you’ve been following the series, you probably have a guess by now.

This is our busyboard collection — wall-mounted activity panels shaped like animals, planes, and more, each packed with a different mix of gears, mazes, xylophones, shape sorters, and clasps. They’re built for playgrounds and hallways across schools and kindergartens, and honestly they solve a problem most people don’t even think about: floors get all the playground budget, and walls just sit there blank.

These fill that gap. More color in the space, more practical use of every corner, and for the kids, a genuinely useful way to build fine motor skills while they’re just having fun figuring out how a gear turns or a bead maze works.

From one storage room to around forty classrooms.

Everything you’re seeing here — desks, chairs, hangers, storage cabinets, whiteboards, bulletin boards, basically everything that makes up a classroom — used to be sitting in one place. Now it’s moving. Truck after truck, straight from storage into each classroom, so the team on-site can start assembling room by room.

It’s a lot of moving parts, but this is the part people never really see — just getting everything to where it needs to be before the real setup even starts.

Classrooms in the making — another classroom starting to come together.

This time, the furniture is making its way into the room.

Student desks and chairs are being placed, along with the teacher’s desk, teacher’s chair, and whiteboards — and we can finally start seeing the classroom take shape.

The student desks are made for everyday classroom use, with a practical work surface and storage underneath to keep books and supplies within easy reach. Paired with comfortable student chairs, they create a simple and functional setup for everyday learning.

Still in progress, and still more to come. Classroom by classroom, this school is starting to come together.
