ក្រោមជំនួយឧបត្ថម្ភផ្ទាល់ពីអ្នកឧកញ៉ា វេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត គួច ម៉េងលី តាមរយៈមូលនិធិ ម៉េងលី ជេ. គួច បាននាំយកជំនួយសប្បុរសធម៌ជាថវិកាចំនួន ៦០០,០០០ រៀល ព្រមទាំងគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងសម្ភារៈប្រើប្រាស់ចាំបាច់មួយចំនួន ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលជីវភាពរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃជូនដល់ លោកយាយ ខេង ហ៊ាង។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា លោកយាយ ខេង ហ៊ាង មានជន្មាយុ៧៤ឆ្នាំ រស់នៅតែម្នាក់ឯងក្នុងខ្ទមតូចដ៏កំសត់មួយនៅក្នុងភូមិត្រពាំងខ្ចៅ សង្កាត់ត្រាចទង ក្រុងឧដុង្គម៉ែជ័យ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
ស្ថានភាពជីវភាពរបស់លោកយាយ គឺពុំមានអ្វីជាទីពឹង ក្រៅពីការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភពីអ្នកជិតខាង និងសប្បុរសជននានា ដែលមានសេចក្ដីអាណិតអាសូរចំពោះលោកយាយនោះឡើយ។

With the generous sponsorship from Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, the Mengly J. Quach Foundation donated 600,000 riels along with food supplies and essential necessities in support of the daily living condition to Grandmother Heang Keng. It is noted that Grandmother Heang Keng is 74 years old_lives alone in a small and modest hut in Trapaing Khchao village, Sangkat Trach Tong, Krung Oudong Mae Chey, Kampong Speu province.
Her living conditions are extremely challenging as she has no reliable means of support, only relies primarily on the assistance of neighbors and donors who kindly extend their support out sympathy of her well-being.
