As Kenya becomes increasingly and connected, is no longer only a concern. It is increasingly linked to business continuity, livelihoods, workforce preparedness and the ability of individuals and businesses to participate safely in the digital economy. This was a key message emerging from the Cybersecurity Awareness Strategic Stakeholder Roundtable convened by KEPSA’s Ajira Digital Program, Technopolis Development Authority (TDA) and EDSource Africa–InnovateHER on 1 October 2026 at the KEPSA Offices.
The roundtable brought together stakeholders from the private sector, , , development and the youth ecosystem to discuss Kenya’s evolving cyber threat landscape, digital resilience and the needed to support a safer digital economy. The discussion also marked the launch of the “𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲.” campaign, which will run throughout October as part of Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
