今回ご紹介するのは、ダイハツのハイゼットカーゴです。
最近では見かける機会が少なくなってきましたが、こちらは５速マニュアルの車両です。
50kmほど試走してみましたが、やっぱりマニュアル車の運転は楽しいですね。
今でも自動車はマニュアル車がいいとこだわる方が一定数おられますが、それらの方々の気持ちは良くわかります。
タイミングベルトの交換も昨年の3月に済ませたばかりで、それほど距離も走っていませんから、この先も長く乗れると思います。
軽貨物登録なので税金も安く、維持もしやすいですから、ベテランドライバーから初心者の方まで幅広くおすすめできる車両です。

I would like to introduce to you the Daihatsu Heizet Cargo.
This car is a 5-speed manual transmission vehicle, which is rarely seen in Japan these days.
I test drove this car for about 50 km. And I reaffirmed to myself that driving a manual car is fun after all.
There are a certain number of people who still insist that manual cars are the way to go. I know exactly how those people feel.
The timing belt was replaced only last March, and the vehicle has not traveled many miles, so I believe it will last for many years to come.
In Japan, this vehicle is registered as a light cargo vehicle, so the automobile tax is low and it is easy to maintain, so I would recommend this vehicle to both experienced drivers and beginners.

今回はスズキの軽スーパーハイトワゴンの始祖ともいえるパレットSWのご紹介です。
こちらのパレットSW、先日投稿したパジェロミニをお買い上げ下さいましたお客様からの下取り車両として入庫しました。
走行距離は11万キロ以上ですが、走る、曲がる、止まるに問題なく、現状快調です。
また、多少のエクボやタッチアップがありますが、大きなキズや凹みは無く、全体としては内外装ともになかなかの美車です。
そんな掘り出し物感たっぷりのパレットSWを現在、ヤフオク！に出品中です。

巷では三菱のデリカミニが人気のようですが、同じ三菱のミニでもこちらはパジェロミニです。
こちらのパジェロミニ、今では中古でしか買えない絶版車なのですが、中古車価格がひじょうに安いのでびっくりです。
Mitsubishi's Delica Mini is popular in Japan, but this is a Pajero Mini, also a Mitsubishi kei car.
This Pajero Mini is an out-of-print car that can now only be purchased used, but the extremely low price of used cars is surprising.

よく比較されるスズキのジムニーは中古車でも引き手数多で、かなりの高額で取り引きされていますが、パジェロミニは私の感覚ではありますが、ジムニーの数分の一のお値段という感じです。
The Suzuki Jimny, which is often compared to the Pajero Mini, has a large number of buyers and is sold at a very high price, but the Pajero Mini is, in my opinion, a fraction of the price of the Jimny.

もちろん、ジムニーは凄いクルマで、軽自動車ナンバーワンのクロスカントリー車ですから、巷での評価が高いのは納得なのですが、パジェロミニにはパジェロミニの良さがあって、それを考えるとちょっと評価がされてないような気がして不憫に思えてきます。

ボディはしっかりしていますし、足回りもしなやかで乗り心地も悪くない。

And yet, it also has 4WD for driving on rough and snowy roads with confidence.

ジムニーにはほとんど無い2WDのグレードもあって(これが見掛け倒し的な印象を与えて、低評価の一因になっているとも言えなくもないが)、ファッション的にクロカンルックのクルマを楽しむこともできます。
There is also a 2WD grade, which is rarely found in the Jimny (although it could be said that this is one of the reasons for its low reputation, giving the impression that it is a show-off), and you can also enjoy a light car in the shape of a fashionable cross-country vehicle.

パジェロミニ、とにかく普通にいいクルマですし、カッコもイイと思うんですがね。

現在、ジモティに出品中のダイハツ　ミラジーノ　初代前期型のご紹介です。

(基本情報)
販売価格　188,000円(リサイクル預託金、令和6年度軽自動車税込み)
・年式　平成12年式(2000年式)
・走行距離　105,450km(移動などで多少増えます)
・型式　L700S
・排気量　660cc
・定員　4名
・シフト　オートマチック(4AT)

（主要装備）
・FM AMラジオチューナー CD MDプレーヤー(MDを所有していませんので動作は未確認です。ラジオとCDは動作確認しています。)
・パワーステアリング
・パワーウインドウ
・エアコン(マニュアル　良く冷えています。)

（不具合点など）
・助手席側サイドシルとリアフェンダーアーチに凹みあり
・助手席側フォグランプ球切れ
・エンジンマウント劣化による振動あり(我慢できないほどではないと思います。次回車検時にマウントの交換をすれば良いかと。)
・その他内外装に使用に伴う小傷・小凹みあり
・キーレスのリモコンボタンの反応が良くありません。数回押して１回反応がある感じです。この年式のキーレスは赤外線方式なので、そもそも反応は良くないですが。

(その他)
・リサイクル預託金、令和6年年度軽自動車税込みのお値段です。
・禁煙車です。
・タイミングベルトは今年の1月15日に交換しました。
・バッテリーは令和5年3月に交換しています。まだまだ元気です。
・ATFは83,474km時に交換してあります。
・タイヤはヨコハマブルーアース2020年第47週から51週製造で現在約5〜6分山です。ヒビや偏摩耗ありません。
・ブレーキパッド、ブレーキシューは6〜7ミリ程度残っています。まだまだ使用可能です。
・車検は来年の9月まで残っていますので、気に入っていただけましたら、そのまま乗って帰っていただくことも可能です。
・先月外装を全塗装したばかりです。写真ではきれいに見えますが、素人塗装ですのでムラなどそれなりにあります。
・全体としては年式の割に大きなトラブルも無く、快調なほうではないかと思います。
・来年には初年度登録から25年になる車両です。アメリカの中古車輸入25年ルールの規制対象外になりますので、今後は値上がりしていく可能性があります。このチャンスにぜひ購入してください。

春休みの愛娘に手伝ってもらい、以前から計画していたハイゼットカーゴの塗装を実行に移しました。
以前塗装したアクティバンとは違う色の塗料を選んだのですが、塗り終わってみるとあまり変わり映えしない印象です。
もう少しベージュっぽい色を想定していたのですが…。
色見本ってほんと当てにならないなぁ。
まぁ、嫌いな色ではないので、これで良しとします。

With the help of my beloved daughter, who is on spring break, I put into action the painting of the Hi-Jet Cargo that I had been planning for some time.
I chose a different color paint from the previously painted Activan, but when I finished painting it, it didn't look much different.
I was expecting a more beige color, but....
Color swatches are really unreliable, aren't they?
Well, it's not a color I dislike, so I'll take it.

退役したアクティバンに代わって4ヶ月前に我が家にやってきたのはダイハツハイゼットカーゴ(S321V)。
今日はイメージチェンジ第一弾としてインパネをウッド調に塗装しました。
次は外装の塗装を計画中…。

It was a Daihatsu Hi-Jet Cargo that came to me 4 months ago, replacing an Acty Van.
Today I painted the instrument panel in wood grain tone as the first step of image change.
Next, I am planning to paint the exterior.

今更ながら、妻と共に孤狼の血シリーズにどハマり中です。
私はタバコを吸いませんが、作中に登場する狼のレリーフが印象的なライターが欲しくてたまらなくなりました。
調べてみると、かつて公式にレプリカが限定品として販売されていたようなのですが、当然今はもう売られていません。
中古品は結構なプレミア価格で売買されている状態で、ちょっと手が出せません。
では、作ってしまえ！ってことで、材料を買い集めて夜毎しこしこと作業しました。
狼というよりは出来損ないの犬みたいなってしまいましたが、自分でコツコツ作ったものには不思議と愛着が湧くもんですね。

After all this time, my wife and I are still hooked on “ The Blood of Wolves" movie series.
I don't smoke, but I've been dying to have a lighter with the impressive wolf relief that appears in the movie.
I found out that there used to be an official replica sold as a limited edition, but of course it is no longer available.
Used ones are sold at a premium, and I can't afford them.
So, let's make one! So I bought all the materials and worked on it night after night.
It ended up looking more like a badly made dog than a wolf, but it's strange how you get attached to something you made so painstakingly yourself.

先日、数十年ぶりに映画ダーティハリーを観た。
クリント・イーストウッド演じるハリー・キャラハン刑事は今観てもカッコいい！
現代の感覚だとビジュアルが良いわけではないのだけど…。
いつも眩しそうな表情してるし、金八先生みたいな服装だしね。
でも、何というか、群れないところや権威に反抗的な態度、皮肉めいた言動がたまらない。
そう言えば子供の頃、金曜ロードショーだったか日曜洋画劇場だったかで初めてダーティハリーを観た時に「こんなオッサンになりたいなぁ。」って思ったな。

写真は劇中でキャラハン刑事が使う44マグナムのエアソフトガン。正確にはキャラハン刑事の愛銃は黒いのでS&WのM29。写真のはステンレスモデルのM629だけどね。

The other day I watched the movie Dirty Harry for the first time in decades.
I thought Detective Harry Callahan, played by Clint Eastwood, was cool to watch now!
Not that he is good looking judging by modern sensibilities....
He always looks dazzling and dresses like a middle school teacher.
But what I find really cool is the way he does not pander to others but has his own righteousness, the rebellious attitude he takes toward authority, and the sarcastic manner in which he speaks and acts.
I remember when I was a kid, the first time I saw Dirty Harry on a weekend TV movie, I thought to myself, "I wish I could be an man like him."

This picture is an elaborate model of the 44 Magnum used by Detective Callahan in the movie. To be exact, Detective Callahan's gun is a S&W M29 because it is black. The one in the photo is a stainless steel model M629, though.

妻の通勤用にホンダのズーマーを購入しました。
某ヤ○オク！でバッテリーが切れてるけど、キャブに直接ガソリンを注入し他車のバッテリーからジャンピングさせたらエンジンはかかったとの説明の車両でした。
ところが現車確認せずに落札したのが運の尽きでした。（笑）
クランクベアリングは死んでるし、スパークプラグは斜めに無理矢理ねじ込んであって、プラグホールはバカになってるしで、ホンマにエンジンかかったんかいなって代物で…。
まあ、説明文よりも現状優先の車両を現車を見ずに落札したんだから仕方ないです。
売却予定だったクレア・スクーピーからエンジンやキャブ、ラジエーター、ECUなどなどズーマーと互換性のある部品をことごとく移植してなんとか走れるようにしました。
シルバーだったカウルを妻の希望する燻んだブルーに塗り替えて、見違えるようになりました！
大変でしたが満足です！

I purchased a Honda Zoomer for my wife's commute to work.
The description on the auction site said “that the battery was dead, but the engine started after injecting gasoline directly into the carb and jumping it from another car's battery.”
However, I made the mistake of winning the bid without actually seeing the car. (LOL)
The crank bearings were broken, the spark plugs were forcibly screwed in at an angle, the plug holes were broken, and the car made me doubt whether the engine really started.
Well, I had to give up because I won the bid without actually seeing the vehicle, which is conditioned on the condition that the current condition is more important than the description.
I managed to make it run by transplanting every part compatible with the Zoomer from the Crea Scoopy that I was planning to sell, including the engine, carburetor, radiator, ECU, and so on.
I repainted the cowl, which was silver, to a smoky blue, which my wife wanted, and it looks great!
Satisfied!
