新年明けましておめでとうございます！🎍
昨年に続き20日以降は1日2回転や3回転で大晦日までフルスロットル営業。ようやくの休日😁

元旦早朝は走り始めで駒沢公園へRun&初日の出。
帰宅後、湯島天満宮へ初詣。
米麹の甘酒であったまり後楽園でゆったりディナー🍽️
今年度は茶御飯東京は11年目を目指し次のさらなるステップ
へ『飛翔』するべくチャレンジしていきます。
皆さまが健やかに過ごせますよう、そして引き続き変わらぬご愛顧をお願い申しげます。

Happy New Year 2026!!
Following 2024 year, we operated at full throttle with double or triple shifts daily from the 20th until New Year's Eve. Finally, a day off! 😁

Early New Year's Day morning, we headed to Komazawa Park for my first run and to see the first sunrise.
After returning home, we visited Yushima Tenmangu Shrine for hatsumōde.
Warmed up with sweet rice amazake, then enjoyed a relaxed dinner at Korakuen.🍽️
This year, Chagohan Tokyo aims for its 11th year and will challenge ourselves to soar to the next level.
We wish you all good health and ask for your continued, unwavering support!!

金色の稲穂🌾

秋に咲き、花弁の形が桜に似ているからだって
白州は最高。
南アルプスの山々と天然水と野菜とお蕎麦と甲州牛と日本酒七賢と有名なサントリーウイスキー白州の地。

Blooming in autumn, their petals resemble cherry blossoms
Hakushu is the best.

恒例のブルーベリーの収穫に行ってきました！
今期あともう一回行きます！！
栄養豊かでとてもヘルシーな食材。
JunkoもMasaも大好きです🫐
しかもこのブルーベリーは自然農法です❤️

They're a super nutritious and healthy food.

早朝市場から仕入れ店に戻りすぐに捌く。
お寿司の仕込み🍣。
ちなみきこれは『汐っ子(ショッコ)』カンパチの子ども。
皆さんに作ってもらうときに、最後の美味しい柚子タレを
刷毛でスッと。
酸味と相まっておいしい！

The fish is purchased from the market early in the morning, returned to the shop, and immediately processed.
Sushi preparation 🍣.
This is "shiokko", a juvenile kanpachi fish.
When I ask everyone to make sushi, I ask them to brush the last of the delicious yuzu sauce on the sushi with a brush.
The acidity and umami combine to create a delicious taste!

新年あけましておめでとうございます🎍
大晦日までフルに働いた後の束の間の1日休日。
本日元旦は早朝に駒沢公園へRun&初日の出を。
そして変わらず地元湯島天満宮へ初詣へ。
からの、後楽園で数10年ぶりのメリーゴーランドを😅

A brief one-day holiday after working full time until New Year's Eve…
Today, New Year's Day, went to Komazawa Park early in the morning to run and see the first sunrise of the year!🏃‍♂️‍➡️☀️
Then back to my hometown Yushima Tenmangu Shrine for Hatsumode (New Year's visit ).
Also enjoyed riding on the merry-go-round for the first time in several decades😅.
