At Blue Bottle Coffee Umeda Chayamachi Cafe, you can experience our Gen Chair 01 (Gc 01)
A classic solid wooden chair with outstanding comfort for any setup such as meeting or dining. Refined details where the individual solid wood parts are joined, offers a glimpse into the world of skilled craftsmen and are left as functional ornaments to explore and enjoy. There is also an armchair version of it available in this series.

The designed by • Unzen Miyazaki Ryokan in Mount Unzen has been fully renovated and reopened on December 15th.
Mount Unzen is the first national park in Japan, and has healed many people since ancient times with its rich nature and hot springs. The ARIAKE Collection, HIRATA GEN Collection, and HIRATA CHAIR Collection are delivered throughout the ryokan. We hope you will enjoy our Hirata Chair works along with the vividly changing seasons of Unzen.
