The KINTSUGI「木」Vases are a sculptural meditation on fragility, resilience, and the passage of time.

Each vessel is a one-of-a-kind creation, meticulously handcrafted by a Kintsugi master in accordance with traditional Japanese techniques. Its fractures are carefully repaired with genuine gold leaf, honoring the ancient art of Kintsugi.
The gilded seams do not conceal damage; they reveal it — ennobling breakage as memory, as transformation.

Reviving a Century-Old Home in Japan

A year ago, I fell in love with an old wooden house — elegant, simple, and quietly full of character.

Its bones were strong, but inside, it was dark, cramped, and cluttered with tired Showa-era details.
I spent weeks tearing it down — walls, ceilings, floors — until only a shell remained. Light poured in. Space returned. It felt wild. Empty. Honest.

Bit by bit, I rebuilt it. Room by room, detail by detail — always searching for the balance between traditional Japanese beauty and modern simplicity.
I call it a kominka loft — a blend of old-world charm and open, airy living.

Welcome to SLOWFT.
A retreat where time slows and meaning unfolds.
This isn’t a place for excess — it’s a sanctuary for those who know that true luxury lives in quietness, in space, and in the art of restraint.

The moment that inspires me most is not arrival. It’s the in-between.

Leaving Saigon, I carry the weight of heat, movement, noise—layers of color and impulse still vibrating in my hands.
Landing in Japan, I step into a different frequency. Time slows. Edges soften. Air becomes a kind of silence.

That transition—those hours between two worlds—is where ideas begin.
It’s not one place or the other, but the contrast that sharpens everything.

Somewhere over the sea, I start to design.
Not yet in Japan. No longer in Vietnam.
Just in motion—between two lives, two rhythms, two truths.

That’s where the work begins...
