本格中華料理、火楓源に伺いました！深夜2時までやってるありがたいお店です♪豪華な店内で食欲とテンションがとても上がる雰囲気！中国人の店員さんもびっくりするほど日本語が上手です！お料理はボリューム満点の大皿ガチ中華スタイル、馴染みのない料理なんかもたくさんありますので、大人数でたくさん注文したい感じです！二階には個室もいくつかありましたよー！

I visited Huofengyuan, an authentic Chinese restaurant! The luxurious interior creates an atmosphere that really gets you hungry and excited♪ The Chinese staff speak surprisingly good Japanese! The food is served in generous portions on large platters, in the authentic Chinese style, and there are many dishes that you might not be familiar with, so it's the kind of place where you'd want to order a lot if you're with a large group! There were also several private rooms on the second floor!

二条駅を上へ500mほど、目当ての期間限定、昆布水ラーメンを啜りにいきました！喉越しのよいツルツル麺、小麦の香りと味、昆布水もクセがなく、喉越しを更に加速させる！昆布水麺をつけ汁につけなくてもダイレクトで美味しく箸が止まりません！つけ汁はたまに味変ではさみ、テーブルにある藻塩とカツオ節をメインで昆布水麺を食べ尽くしてしまいました...暑くなり食欲が落ちた時などにも最高の一杯だと思います。

I headed up about 500m from Nijo Station to slurp down the limited-time kombu water ramen I'd been looking forward to! The noodles were smooth and easy to swallow, with a nice wheat aroma and flavor, and the kombu water had no unpleasant aftertaste, making them even easier to eat! The kombu water noodles were delicious on their own, even without dipping them in the broth, and I couldn't stop eating! I occasionally used the dipping sauce to change the flavor, but mainly used the seaweed salt and bonito flakes on the table to finish off the kombu water noodles... I think this is the perfect bowl of ramen for when it gets hot and your appetite is low.

『きのこ料理 創士庵』
奈良・生駒の学研北生駒駅から徒歩8分くらいの住宅街に佇む隠れ家的なお店に、予約して行ってきました！外観は普通の一軒家ですが、中に入ると山小屋のような温かみのある雰囲気で、木のぬくもりが心地いい。席数は少なめで、ゆったりとした空間が大人向きです。店主さんがきのこ博士というだけあって、全国から直送される珍しいきのこがズラリ！初めて見る・食べるきのこばかりで驚きの連続。
シンプルに焼いたもの、煮物、鍋、ステーキ風など調理法も多彩で、きのこの旨味・香り・食感を存分に楽しめました♪

木屋町通松原の静かな通り沿いにあり、町家を改装されたシンプルで落ち着いた外観の立ち食いそば屋さん！23時までなので食後の〆に優しいそばが食べたくなりかけこみました！蕎麦は細めで喉越しがよく、ほんのりとした蕎麦の風味。出汁は澄んだ琥珀色の昆布と鰹がベース。節の厚みがしっかり効いていて、軽やかながら厚みはあります。変わったメニューも豊富なので、是非また行きたいお店です♪

Located on a quiet street in Matsubara, Kiyamachi-dori, this standing-only soba shop has a simple and calm exterior, housed in a renovated townhouse! Since it's open until 11 PM, I rushed in because I wanted some comforting soba as a late-night snack! The soba noodles are thin and have a smooth texture, with a subtle soba flavor. The broth is a clear, amber color, based on kelp and bonito. The bonito flavor is quite pronounced, giving it a light yet substantial taste. They also have a variety of unique menu items, so I definitely want to visit again!

宮城の帰りに仙台で隠れ家的なお店へ、店内は落ち着いた和の雰囲気でとても居心地が良かったです。今回は鍋焼き鳥コースを堪能！比内地鶏をふんだんに使った鍋は、鶏の旨味がぎっしり染み込んだ出汁が絶品で、身も皮もプリプリ＆コリコリで弾力がありながら柔らかくて最高に美味しかった！串焼きも香ばしくてジューシー、野菜やつくねとのバランスも抜群で、コースの最後までずっと幸せな気分でした。十四代などの日本酒も豊富で、鶏料理との相性も最高よかったです♪

『辨慶うどん 西京極本店』
1975年に屋台から始まった京都の老舗うどん、細めで柔らかい京うどんに、甘めに炊いたおあげ、旨みが強い牛肉、そしてピリッとアクセントのきんぴらごぼうなどが人気でまさに京都らしい一杯。カレーうどんを選ぶ常連さんも多いです♪お昼は少し並びますが、回転も早いのでメニューを考えてる間にすぐに座れますよー！

This Kyoto udon restaurant, which started as a food stall in 1975, is a long-established establishment that serves thin, soft Kyoto-style udon noodles, topped with sweet simmered fried tofu, flavorful beef, and spicy kinpira gobo (braised burdock root). It's a truly Kyoto-style bowl of udon. Many regulars also choose the curry udon! There's usually a short line at lunchtime, but the turnover is quick, so you'll be seated soon after deciding what to order.

おでんと釜飯が楽しめるお店に行きました！料理は全体的に優しいお味で素材の味を楽しめる上品な味付け。ポテトサラダや鰹など、居酒屋の定番メニューをしっかり美味しく作っている印象、日本酒のラインナップもありついつい飲み進めてしまうお店。冬のイメージが強いおでんですが、季節や旬物を楽しめるので季節問わず気軽に立ち寄れる使いやすい居酒屋でした♪

I went to a restaurant where you can enjoy oden and kamameshi! The food had a generally mild flavor, with elegant seasoning that allowed you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients. They seemed to be making classic izakaya dishes like potato salad and bonito really well, and they also had a good selection of sake, making it easy to keep drinking. Oden is often associated with winter, but since you can enjoy seasonal ingredients, it's a convenient izakaya that you can easily drop by regardless of the season♪
