NETFLIX:
Customer Service Representative –
THE NETFLIX CSR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES (but not limited to):
>> Will be required to provide enthusiastic, courteous and exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
>> Will be required to develop good product knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
>> Will be required to serve as first point of contact in resolving customer’s issues, diagnose and solve problems following company policies and procedures.
THE NETFLIX SUPERVISOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
>> Drive team performance to provide a consistently outstanding customer experience.
>> Proactively identify potential issues with performance and effectively communicate concerns.
>> Provide floor support for new training and process roll outs.
>> Assist in increasing effectiveness of existing employees Participate in evaluation and assessments.
>> Coach and develop representatives to address specific areas of focus or performance.
APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:
Strong customer service skills.
->Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-->Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM !!
->Ability to communicate with customers at various technical levels orally and written.
->Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
->Ability to work with detailed information and be able to meet specific deadlines.
->Good probing, problem solving, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 CXC subjects (including Math and English).
Ability to read well, spell, and use proper grammar in writing.
Designation of Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) or other business related studies including typing skills would be an asset.
Supervisor: Certificate in Supervisory Management from a recognized institution would be an asset
Supervisor: Minimum of two years experience leading a team
