There’s no better way to wrap up an intense year than together with the team that made it all happen.

We celebrated our Christmas dinner in the enchanting and timeless setting of Camp di Cent Pertigh. It was a night of authentic flavors and shared smiles, as we toasted to our collective success and the spirit of the Maxpell Leather family.

In late October, we were contacted by a student from the University of Milano-Bicocca regarding a case study focused on Maxpell. I later discovered that their professor—whom I met during a trip to Riyadh—had chosen our company specifically as a prime example of an SME to study.

We decided to invite them to our headquarters to meet in person and show them our world up close.

We found a group of young women who were prepared, curious, attentive, and extremely empathetic. We discussed marketing strategies, SWOT analysis, brand identity (and even brand AIdentity).

It was an afternoon filled with questions, ideas, and authentic exchanges.

We sent them off with a few Maxpell gifts… and a poem by Montale, because beautiful things are meant to be shared.

Thank you, everyone: your enthusiasm is contagious.

A fine ottobre siamo stati contattati da una studentessa della Bicocca per un case history dedicato a Maxpell. Ho poi scoperto che il loro professore – conosciuto durante un viaggio a Riyadh – aveva scelto proprio la nostra realtà come esempio di PMI da studiare.

Abbiamo deciso di invitarle in azienda per conoscerle di persona e mostrare loro da vicino il nostro mondo.

Abbiamo trovato un gruppo di ragazze preparate, curiose, attente ed estremamente empatiche.

Abbiamo parlato di strategie di marketing, SWOT analysis, brand identity (e anche di brand AIdentity).

Un pomeriggio ricco di domande, idee e scambi autentici.

Le abbiamo salutate con qualche dono Maxpell… e una poesia di Montale, perché le cose belle vanno condivise.
