In collaboration with Archi-Tectonics, the studio founded by Winka Dubbeldam, took part in 512 Greenwich, an extraordinary conversion of an early 20th-century building located in West Soho, New York.
The project transformed a four-story loft building into an eight-story single-family residence, featuring over 600 square meters of refined interiors meticulously detailed and designed to frame curated views of the surrounding historic neighborhood. The building was not simply renovated, but reimagined as a high-efficiency home equipped with advanced smart climate-control systems.
The interiors, contemporary yet timeless, make extensive use of natural and authentic materials. For this project, Doltre crafted a modern kitchen in three-layer solid grey .
