It’s surreal seeing the oil being pressed in Sardinia, Italy and then later seeing that same oil sitting on store shelves around Toronto. It almost feels too simple, if that makes sense.
Amid all the chaos of transporting it halfway across the world, the simplicity of the product is the whole point. A full-circle moment.
Although the oil is filtered after this step, this moment represents just how fresh it is and how real it is.
One ingredient. Nothing more, nothing less. Just high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
