Simon Holiday house is a cosy apartment completely renovated in the centre of Rome, located in front of the Basilica di San Paolo (one of the main four biggest churches in town) and Roma Tre University, it’ s easily linked to the heart of Rome, just two metro stops from Circo Massimo and Colosseo. Well-finished and with quiet surroundings, it consists in two rooms with comfortable double sofa-beds

with parquet flooring and large windows, wardrobes, free Wi-Fi, 2 latest model smart TVs, bathroom with shower cabin, well-equipped kitchen with a glass door that leads to a small balcony overlooking the park and the 60’s local market and to the vintage second hand market just at the bottom of the building. Simon Holiday house gives you the chance to spend moments of relax and live the city at the same time: from the fantastic site of San Paolo Church to the nightclubs area which is located just 15 minutes walking from the apartment, the neighbourhood also offers all type of shops (supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacies, ice cream shops, pizzerias, clothing stores etc…)

The tube station is in front of the building, approachable in exactly 2 minutes, it’s linked to all the city lines (10 minutes from the central train station) and to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. The strategic location will allow you to easily reach all the main points of historic interest that the Eternal City offers, plus in 10 minutes you can get to the fancy neighbourhoods next to San Paolo, such as Trastevere, Testaccio, Garbatella with their lovely typical lanes, cafés, clubs and restaurants where you can try the typical Roman cuisine, or Viale Marconi with hundreds of shops. Also the famous EUR zone is at 4 metro stops from San Paolo station. The area is also served by day and night buses. The price includes towels, sheets, and soaps. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator. Upon request, we also arrange transfers to and from the airport. Conventional prices with restaurants and clubs are also available.
