The free-standing washbasin is interpreted by architect Nicola Gallizia with the same principles of the collection and working by antithesis and creating an assembled solid piece.
The components of the washbasin are obtained from the same block and assembled in such a way as to create a practically solid stone piece. With this solution, beyond creating aesthetic continuity with the rest of the collection, it is possible to reduce the carved material to obtain the same sink depth.
In the Fidia washbasin, the joints between each piece become a constructive detail with a strong aesthetic connotation.
