Ci sono luoghi che sembrano custodire il tempo, anziché lasciarlo passare.
Nel ventre di RAW, tra le meraviglie del nostro magazzino di Dergano, prende vita la nuova campagna Wardrobe.
Lane, cashmere e cotoni pregiati incontrano la bellezza imperfetta degli oggetti vissuti. Il fascino di una sartorialità discreta, il piacere dei tessuti sulla pelle, la libertà di un’eleganza mai costruita.
Un dialogo inatteso tra abiti e arredi, tra ciò che è stato e ciò che sarà.

Vecchie posate in alpacca e argentone, provenienti da manieri, case private, alberghi e ristoranti di un tempo. Quando la plastica non esisteva ancora e anche l’oggetto più quotidiano era pensato per durare, con una sua grazia e una naturale eleganza.
Forchette, coltelli, mestoli, piccoli utensili: pezzi diversi, segnati dal tempo e dalla loro storia, che oggi tornano sulle nostre tavole liberandosi dalle regole del passato.
Ci piace mescolarli, spaiarli, accostarli a porcellane diverse, vetri contemporanei e tessuti più informali. Perché è proprio nell’incontro tra epoche e stili che il passato acquista un’attitudine nuova, più vivace, eclettica e decisamente contemporanea.
È questo il vintage che ci piace da RAW: non nostalgia, ma un altro modo di abitare il presente.

Vintage cutlery in nickel silver and silver plate, once found in manor houses, private homes, hotels and restaurants of another time. A time before plastic, when even the most everyday object was made to last, with its own sense of grace and natural elegance.
Forks, knives, ladles, small utensils: mismatched pieces, marked by time and by the stories they carry, now returning to our tables, freed from the rules of the past.
We love mixing them, mismatching them, pairing them with different porcelains, contemporary glassware and more informal textiles. Because it is precisely in the meeting of different eras and styles that the past takes on a new attitude — more playful, eclectic and distinctly contemporary.
This is the kind of vintage we love at RAW: not nostalgia, but another way of living in the present.

SETTEMBRE.

L’aria cambia, finalmente si respira.
Si riprendono i ritmi, si torna alle abitudini e la casa torna al centro.
È il momento in cui viene voglia di guardarla con occhi nuovi: spostare, aggiungere, mescolare. Un tessuto, un oggetto trovato, una luce diversa, qualcosa che basta a cambiare l’atmosfera senza necessariamente cambiare tutto.
Da RAW il nuovo incontra il vintage, gli oggetti dialogano con le loro storie e ogni dettaglio contribuisce a costruire un luogo personale, vissuto, mai perfetto.

The air is changing, and finally we can breathe again.
We return to our rhythms, our routines, and home takes centre stage once more.
It’s that time of year when we feel like looking at our spaces with fresh eyes: moving things around, adding, mixing. A new textile, a found object, a different light — sometimes that’s all it takes to change the atmosphere without changing everything.
At RAW, new meets vintage, objects tell their stories, and every detail helps create a space that feels personal, lived-in, never too perfect.

L’estate non è ancora finita, ma il guardaroba guarda già a settembre.
Il bianco resta, leggero e luminoso, mentre il blu profondo e un accento burgundy anticipano la nuova stagione senza avere fretta.
Pesi ancora leggeri, costruzioni impeccabili e colori che iniziano lentamente a cambiare registro.

Summer isn’t over yet, but the wardrobe is already looking towards September.
White stays light and bright, while deep navy and a touch of burgundy hint at the season ahead, without rushing into it.
Still lightweight, impeccably cut, with colours beginning to shift the mood.

Creature marine, forme organiche, ceramiche smaltate.
Oggetti insoliti che sembrano arrivare da un altro tempo entrano nelle vetrine di RAW e dialogano con arredi, reperti e curiosità.
Ci piace cercare ciò che non si incontra ovunque: piccole produzioni, manifatture artigianali, pezzi fatti a mano e in piccole serie. Oggetti scelti non solo per ciò che sono, ma per la capacità di sorprendere e creare nuove associazioni.
È così che prende forma il nostro personale cabinet de curiosités: una collezione in continuo divenire, fatta di incontri, viaggi, ricerca e scoperte.

RAW is about the pleasure of finding things.

Sea creatures, organic forms, glazed ceramics.
Unusual objects that seem to belong to another time find their way into RAW, where they mingle with vintage pieces, found objects and curiosities.
We like to seek out what isn’t found everywhere: small-scale makers, artisanal craftsmanship, pieces made by hand and in limited series. Objects chosen not simply for what they are, but for their ability to surprise and create unexpected connections.
This is how our own cabinet de curiosités takes shape: an ever-evolving collection built through encounters, travels, research and discovery.

Prima ancora della fotografia, il ritratto era già memoria.
Due dagherrotipi ottocenteschi, ancora nelle loro cornici ovali originali: immagini fragili, imperfette, segnate dal tempo. Sul retro, le etichette dello studio fotografico raccontano provenienza e tecnica, trasformando ogni dettaglio in documento.
Da RAW ci affascinano gli oggetti che non hanno bisogno di essere restaurati per raccontare la propria storia. La patina, le carte ingiallite, le piccole mancanze sono parte della loro autenticità.

Tracce di vite passate, arrivate fino a noi.

Long before photography as we know it, portraiture was already a way of preserving memory.
Two 19th-century daguerreotypes, still held in their original oval frames: fragile, imperfect images marked by time. On the back, the photographer’s labels reveal their provenance and technique, turning every detail into a document.
At RAW, we are drawn to objects that need no restoration to tell their story. The patina, yellowed papers and small imperfections are all part of their authenticity.
