🇮🇹 Dietro ogni dettaglio di questo progetto c'è una storia fatta di ricerca, innovazione e autentica artigianalità italiana a Km 0.✨

Per il nuovo bar di un prestigioso boutique hotel di Forte dei Marmi, tutto è iniziato con la realizzazione della prima mattonella, stampata in 3D. Questo prototipo ha permesso di creare uno stampo in silicone, utilizzato successivamente dall'artigiano per produrre l'intera fornitura in resina arricchita con carbonato di calcio di Marmo di Carrara, un materiale che conferisce pregio e qualità al prodotto finale.
Ogni singola mattonella è successivamente stata rifinita e dipinta interamente a mano, rendendo ogni pezzo unico e curato nei minimi dettagli. 🖌

Siamo orgogliosi di aver realizzato questo progetto, in cui la tecnologia della stampa 3D incontra il sapere dei nostri artigiani toscani, dando vita a un prodotto che unisce innovazione, tradizione e qualità, dove ogni fase della lavorazione racconta la passione per l'eccellenza.

For the new bar of a prestigious boutique hotel in Forte dei Marmi, the process began with the creation of an initial 3D-printed tile. This prototype enabled the creation of a silicone mold, which the artisan then used to produce the full batch of tiles from resin enriched with calcium carbonate derived from Carrara marble—a material that lends prestige and quality to the finished product.
Each individual tile was subsequently finished and painted entirely by hand, ensuring every piece is unique and crafted with meticulous attention to detail.🖌

We are proud to have realized this project, where 3D printing technology meets the expertise of our Tuscan artisans. The result is a product that blends innovation, tradition, and quality—one where every stage of production reflects a passion for excellence.

Oggi facciamo un po' di "scienza del materiale"! . Il PLA è un materiale fantastico ed ecologico ma ATTENZIONE!si deforma irreparabilmente se lasciato in auto sotto il sole cocente! 🚫🚗

🛡️ Come proteggerlo:
evita l'esposizione diretta e prolungata alla luce del sole e a fonti di calore estremo e rimarrà perfetto per sempre.
