Cylinda design AngelettiRuzza
AngelettiRuzza designed Cylinda, a table lamp formed from two cylinders of different dimensions and thicknesses. The first, which is slimmer and taller, becomes the base supporting the second unit, a large, slender disc that forms the light-shade, with an LED light source shining beneath it. In the words of the designers, the essential forms of this design aim: “To eliminate, not to add anything that is not absolutely necessary: this was the mantra guiding the design of the lamp; with its quiet presence, it succeeds in creating a positive atmosphere that can transform everyday routine into everyday poetics.”
Cylinda captures the attention with its strong, poetic presence, maintaining a minimalist sophistication with its clean outlines and use of geometric shapes, fully reflecting the Oluce DNA.

AngelettiRuzza ha disegnato Cylinda, una lampada da tavolo formata da due cilindri di dimensioni e spessori diversi. Il primo, più sottile e alto, diventa la base che sostiene il secondo, un disco ampio e sottile che forma il paralume, sotto il quale splende una sorgente luminosa a LED. Nelle parole dei designer, le forme essenziali di questo progetto mirano a: “Eliminare, non aggiungere nulla che non sia assolutamente necessario: questo è stato il mantra che ha guidato la progettazione della lampada; con la sua presenza silenziosa, riesce a creare un’atmosfera positiva in grado di trasformare la routine quotidiana in poesia quotidiana”.
Cylinda cattura l’attenzione con la sua presenza forte e poetica, mantenendo una raffinatezza minimalista con i suoi contorni puliti e l’uso di forme geometriche, riflettendo appieno il DNA di Oluce.
