June è una sedia in legno con gambe metalliche abbracciate da tiranti rinforzanti e un sedile imbottito. “La sfida maggiore” – spiega il designer – “è stata fissare lo schienale all’imbottitura amovibile della seduta, senza utilizzare viti a vista”. La soluzione è stata trovata con un attacco nascosto che rende lo schienale ‘fluttuante’ sopra il sedile.

June is a wooden chair with metal legs braced by reinforcing rods with a padded seat. “The biggest challenge”, explains the designer – “was working out how to fix the back to the removable seat-upholstery, without using visible screws”. A solutions was found in the form of a hidden fixing that makes the back appear to ‘float’ above the chair.
