Our rotational molding machines are designed and customized according to each customer’s specific needs.

In this case, the machine has been equipped with a cooling system featuring flexible vertically sliding shutter doors, ensuring:
✅ Greater speed and ease of operation;
✅ Resistance to humidity and rust thanks to the synthetic materials used.

Other configurations are also available, such as:
🔹 Without cooling chamber but with floor fans;
🔹 With cooling chamber without doors;
🔹 With sliding doors.

This independent arms machine has just been successfully tested in the presence of the customer and will soon be dismantled, painted, and shipped 🚛

The future of Polivinil Rotomachinery is powered by the Sun! ☀️

We are proud to announce that our new photovoltaic system in Cerano (Italy) is now fully operational! 🔌🌱

At Polivinil Rotomachinery S.p.A., we believe that technological innovation must go hand in hand with environmental responsibility.
This investment is not just an infrastructure upgrade, but a concrete step toward reducing our impact on the planet—as also demonstrated by our hybrid and full-electric machines, equipped with the latest energy-saving applications.

Project highlights:
- Total Capacity: 367.75 kW
- Green Surface Area: 1,751 sqm of photovoltaic modules
- Clean Energy Output: An estimated annual production of approximately 423,400 kWh

Environmental impact (over 20 years)

Thanks to this system, we estimate:
- Avoiding over 3,600 tons of CO₂ emissions
- Saving approximately 1,455 TOE (Tonnes of Oil Equivalent)

Today at our facility in Italy, we successfully completed the customer acceptance test of the PRM 4500-3C independent carousel machine (3 arms).

At start-up, the first molding was immediately perfect for a 9 mm thick product at 240°C — completed in just 18 minutes, an amazing level of efficiency 🚀

During oven door opening and closing, heat loss was limited to only 25–30°C and fully restored to 240°C in just one minute ⚡

The system is equipped with an operator platform and a fully integrated dosing system.

Next steps: full painting and shipment to another satisfied customer! 🤝

Always attentive to market needs, in response to the demand for higher load capacities and prolonged exposure to high temperatures, we have enhanced the performance of our offset arms while maintaining their key strengths: reliability, ease of use, and durability 💪🔧

Key features:
- Load capacity up to 2,500 kg 🏋️‍♂️;
- Tested with oven inlet temperature of 400°C for 45 minutes 🔥⏱️, including checks on mold air sealing, lubricant distribution, and bearing functionality ⚙️.

In addition to the well-known features:
- Quick replacement thanks to fast couplings;
- Adjustable counterweight for optimal balance;
- Easy maintenance and inspection procedures;
- Availability of up to 3 air lines at the head.

Rock n Roll machines are designed for the production of large items such as BOATS, POOLS, CANOES, SILOS, and ROTOLINING applications.

The tilting oven system with automatic carts ensures efficiency, safety, and process continuity, allowing the operators to work comfortably at ground level.

🔧 Key features:
• 1 or 2 fully independent arms;
• Oven dimensions up to 5000 × 11,000 mm (200”x440”);
• 3–5 independent heating zones;
• Interchangeable mold-carrying arms;
• Touch-screen operator interface;
• Advanced rotation control for uniform material distribution.

Process parameters (temperatures, times, and speeds) are stored in production recipes, ensuring quality, repeatability, and efficiency.
