Every studio has its own rhythm.

Projects evolve, ideas take new directions. Conversations open unexpected possibilities.

Some moments happen in front of a screen, others around a table, during a visit, a meeting or an everyday exchange. Some move quickly, others take time.

A new challenge on the table. A project finding its direction. A detail that changes everything.

Together, they shape the rhythm of our work.

Aros: a lounge chair defined by overlapping curves and suspended balance.

Two droplet-inspired geometries intersect to shape the structure: one forms a compact suspended seat, the other creates a light yet grounded base. The result is a fluid silhouette where softness, openness and structural clarity coexist in balance.

Smooth surfaces and the central void reduce visual weight, introducing rhythm, depth and a continuous interaction between solid and empty space. Geometry becomes lighter, more dynamic, more instinctive.

Compact yet welcoming, Aros is designed for conversation areas, lounge environments, waiting spaces and interiors shaped around human interaction.

A piece where fluid geometry, visual lightness and material presence come together in a calm and contemporary expression of design.

A month in the studio.

After weeks of research, testing and production, the process settles into a slower rhythm.
Time becomes essential, allowing each phase to be observed, understood and refined without urgency.

Design requires time.
A measured pace where decisions are not forced, but developed through continuity, attention and care.

Material is never static.
PLA and clay respond differently, requiring calibration, but also presence.
Each adjustment is guided not only by parameters, but by observation and touch:
flow, temperature, density, colour.

Testing becomes a moment of listening.
Surfaces are read, colours are evaluated under changing light, and every variation informs the next step.

What appears as a sequence of operations is, in reality, a process shaped by human intervention.
A balance between control and sensitivity, where the hand remains part of the system.

From research to production, form takes shape through time.
A slower, more conscious process, where design is not imposed, but gently developed.

The piece is complete, but not yet resolved.

Finishing is a phase of adjustment, where the surface is observed, corrected and refined.

Each intervention is minimal, but decisive:
removing excess, defining edges, stabilising the form.

What was built layer by layer is now unified,
not to erase the process, but to bring it into balance.

Light becomes a tool of verification.
It reveals inconsistencies, highlights tensions,
confirms when the surface reaches coherence.

There is no fixed outcome.
Each piece requires a different level of intervention,
guided by how the material has reacted during production.

Finishing is not correction.
It is the moment where the object is aligned with what it has become.

Ideas take shape through observation, drawing and iteration.
Lines are explored, adjusted, and refined to define structure, proportion and balance.

Each decision responds to a precise need:
how the form supports the body, how it interacts with space, how it can be translated into material.

Digital modelling allows us to test geometries, evaluate behaviour and anticipate the outcome of the process.

Before becoming an object, every project must be understood in relation to material, structure and use.

A vertical line that finds its balance.
Compact, yet present.

Soft curves meet a precise structure,
holding the body without forcing it.
Light moves across its surface,
revealing a form that is both solid and fluid.

Palermo doesn’t impose itself.
It settles into the space,
quietly defining it.

Color is never defined at once.
Each tone is tested, adjusted, and recalibrated through a continuous process of trials.

Pigments are measured, combined, and observed under different conditions to understand how they interact with the material.
Surface, light and density influence the final perception.
What appears stable can shift, react, or transform during application.

Testing becomes a necessary phase to achieve consistency and precision.
Before becoming part of a collection, every colour must be verified.
