On the island of Dugi Otok, Villa Nai 3.3 by Nikola Bašić is shaped by the landscape itself.

Conceived around the geometry of the surrounding olive groves, the project establishes a continuous relationship between architecture, terrain and horizon. Stone surfaces, filtered light and natural textures shape spaces that remain closely connected to their environment.

Agape products are integrated throughout the bathrooms as part of this architectural language. Flat XL with integrated Ottocento, Memory tapware and accessories, and Eclissi, Spai and Memory mirrors define the spaces around the washbasin area, while the Plan-A shower and Neb bathtub shape the experience of water and wellbeing within the project.

In Haarlem, House of Four by balances historical character with a restrained contemporary language shaped through texture, proportion and colour.

Original architectural elements coexist with warm timber surfaces, natural stone and muted tones, creating interiors that feel both precise and deeply domestic. Throughout the project, materials are used to soften the relationship between old and new, allowing each space to unfold with quiet continuity.

Within the bathrooms, the built-in Ottocento bathtub and Memory taps by Benedini Associati for Agape introduce references to archetypal forms and traditional bathing rituals, reinterpreted through a reduced and contemporary vocabulary.

Gravity / Twenty years on the same theme

Between 1971 and 1989, Angelo Mangiarotti repeatedly returned to a single constructive question: how can materials be joined through their own weight? The answer never remained the same.

With Eros, the principle takes the form of a conical marble joint in which the entire perimeter contributes to the connection. With Incas, the transition from marble to Pietra Serena leads to a different geometry, concentrating the structural forces on two inclined contact surfaces. With Asolo, originally conceived in granite, volumes cut from the block give way to elements of uniform slab thickness, reflecting a different way of working the material. With More, the geometry of the Asolo leg is taken as the point of departure and reduced to its structural minimum: the material that does not contribute to the stability is removed, and only what the joint requires remains.

Each new material and manufacturing process leads to a different geometry, and with it, a different constructive solution. What remains constant is the idea behind it: using gravity not as a constraint, but as a building principle.

Today, these projects continue to live through new materials and contemporary engineering, extending a research that began more than fifty years ago.

Green concrete redefines the material through pigment, texture and light.

Its muted mineral tone softens the surface of concrete while preserving its tactile depth and natural irregularities. Water, reflections and shadows continuously alter its perception, revealing different chromatic intensities across the surface.

The result is a material that feels both architectural and organic, precise in form yet constantly shifting through its interaction with the environment.

Applied across a selection of Agape collections, it extends naturally between interior and outdoor spaces, reinforcing the relationship between object, water and landscape.

Last weekend, Palazzo Gonzaga in Volta Mantovana hosted the second edition of Novecento, an event dedicated to historic automobiles, fashion and music. Organized by Scuderia Nuvolari Italia with the support of Agape, the event brought together collectors, enthusiasts and visitors from across Italy.

For Giampaolo and Emanuele Benedini, historic racing is a lifelong passion. Collectors, drivers and founding members of Scuderia Nuvolari Italia, they continue to compete, maintaining a direct connection with a culture where engineering, craftsmanship and attention to detail are inseparable.

Experts, collectors, designers and curious visitors: three days of the kind of conversations that only happen around extraordinary objects. Already looking forward to the third edition.

Some passions transcend generations.

At Novecento, hosted at Palazzo Gonzaga in Volta Mantovana, historic automobiles, fashion, music and architecture came together through a shared cultural heritage: a way of thinking in which craftsmanship, innovation and beauty are inseparable.

For Agape and Agapecasa, supporting this initiative meant contributing to a broader reflection on Italian design culture and on the values that continue to shape it across disciplines.

Because whether it is a car, a piece of architecture or an object for everyday life, the projects that endure are often driven by the same principles: precision, research and a deep respect for materials.

A weekend dedicated to design, territory and the enduring appeal of the twentieth century.

During 3daysofdesign, Agape takes part in Artistic Position in Space, a collective exhibition exploring how objects, materials and artworks contribute to shaping the atmosphere of a place.

Presented alongside works by Sonja Ferlov Mancoba, a selection of Agape and Agapecasa projects enters into a dialogue that extends beyond function, investigating the relationship between matter, perception and space.

We look forward to welcoming you in Copenhagen.

With Rigo, reduces the bathroom to an essential architectural gesture.

Defined by a precise system of anodized aluminium beams, the structure introduces rhythm, proportion and openness into the space, accommodating different functions without ever becoming fixed.

In this composition, Rigo supports the Ell Grid washbasin by Benedini Associati in Verde Alpi marble, where the geometric clarity of the system meets the material density of the stone.

More than a support, Rigo develops as a flexible framework capable of generating continuously different configurations and relationships.

Eros was born in 1971 from a research into furniture held together by joints alone, without fasteners or grips. Yesterday, fifty-five years later, the project received the Compasso d'Oro Career Award for Product.

The recognition was not assigned to the designer, who received the Compasso d’Oro Lifetime Achievement Award in 1994, but to the object itself and to the enduring clarity of its construction: two stone elements held together by gravity alone.

For the last eighteen years, and for the years to come, we have cared for this project as part of the Mangiarotti Collection by Agapecasa.
