لە بەرواری ١٥ / ٠٨ / ٢٠١٨ ەوە ماڵپەڕی شارشۆپ (کوردی، و ئینگلیزی) بۆ ماوەی ٤٥ ڕۆژ دادەخرێت. واتا لە ٠١ / ١٠ / ٢٠١٨ دووبارە دەکرێتەوە.
لە ماوەی ئەم مانگ و نیوەدا کڕیارانمان دەتوانن لە ڕێگەی ژمارە تەلەفۆن، پەیجی فەیسبوك و هەروەها ئیمەیڵی ماڵپەڕی شارشۆپ پەیوەندیمان پێوە بکەن و داواکاریەکانیان بنێرن.
باڵانسی شارکارتەکەم چی بەسەر دێت؟
لەمڕۆوە فرۆشتنی شارکارت ڕادەگرین.
ئەوانەی کە شارکارتەکانیان بڕێکی کەم یان زۆر باڵانسی تێدا ماوە، لە ئێستاوە بۆ ١٥ ڕۆژی تر تاوەکو ١٥ / ٠٨ دەتوانن بەکاریان بهێنن بە ئاسایی پێش ئەوەی ماڵپەڕەکەمان دابخرێت.
لە کاتی ڕاگرتندا باڵانسی شارکارتیش ڕادەگیرێت. پاش نوێکردنەوەی ماڵپەڕیش باڵانسەکانی شارکارت وەکو خۆی دەگەڕێتەوە سەر هەژمارەکانتان. ماڵپەڕە نوێیەکەمان هەمان داتابەیسی ماڵپەڕی ئێستامان بەکاردەهێنێت.
ئەم داخستنە کاتیە تەنها بۆ باشتر کردن و ڕێکخستنەوەی ماڵپەڕەکەمانە و لە پاش ئەو چەند ڕۆژەوە بە شێوەیەکی تۆکمەتر دەگەڕێینەوە خزمەت بەکارهێنەران و کڕیارانمان.

For all ShaarShop website customers,
From 15th of August 2018, our website (both Kurdish and English) will be closed for 45 days, which means it will be relaunched on the first day of October, 2018.
During this period our customers can contact us through our phone numbers, page, and shaarshop's official email address for customer support.
What will happen to my ShaarCard balance?
Starting from today, ShaarCard is no longer sold, until our new website will be launched.
Those who have an amount of balance in their existing ShaarCards can normally use it within these 15 days before our website closes. On the relaunch, all your existing data and ShaarCard balance will be updated to the new website, so no worries.
