SNS Innovation Hub(i hub) granted as a session which is to stimulate our strength of us.
Dr. S. Prakash, Director - Research, SNS Innovation Hub ( I Hub), SNS Group of Institution guided us in this meeting.
We are from Latrosoft, which is our start-up company, we are 9 in our Latrosoft family. The day before we have a great opportunity to have a meet-up with Dr. S. Prakash sir. Before going there we have a plan which is in a state of confusion. Ultimately it gets cleared after getting such a meet with Our sir.
Sir encouraged us in front of our upcoming entrepreneurs. He triggered our hidden talents and admired our vision. "Vision is the mission", likewise sir encouraged our vision and motivated us for our mission.
He just asked us a single question ❓ want if you do when your startup fails! Yes, this question is his way of identifying how strong our team is? and how we overcome such difficulties.
From these questions, you may understand that before stepping into a strategical path, we need to analyze and empathize what are all the difficulties we need to face and how we should overcome all those difficulties.
Then he wants us to get clear with what we are going to do? and what is the benefit of being an entrepreneur rather than being a businessman, because "Entrepreneurs goes off the Beaten track".
He clarified to us that finding innovative solutions to problems is better than earning money by providing unsustainable solutions.
The thing that admires us more is Rithesh Agarwal the founder of Oyo, is the one who innovated such a strategical idea and proved that youth will also be an Inspiring business person!
These motivating stories changed our thoughts and made a clearance of being strong even in a difficult situation.
He underlined that
"Teamwork is the best work". Because different persons have different types of thinking and altogether makes a perfect one.
The point I just want to mention here is "Chase your dreams or you will work for those who Chase theirs. Here he mentions the value of Entrepreneurship. We need to chase our dreams to get succeed in our life.
